I was thinking of a little song today and it reminded me of you. Remember this one......"Walking down the street in a Bambi sheet...the neighbors asked us what do we eat..." It seems like it has been forever.....hope you are doing well - Lisa

Ever dream up a song, literally, only to totally lose it in the morning? Can you check with MC Frontalot and the nerdcore gang to see if they've invented technology to record dreams yet?! I swear my subconscious has come up with some surefire top-10s... Good for you for waking up with it and fully baking it. Great stuff.

Hello,

So glad to hear you are quoting my favorite writer, ANAIS NIN.

You might want to check out my new book of poems DEAR ANAIS: MY LIFE IN POEMS FOR YOU with a preface by Tristine Rainer.

Also, I frequently mention Nin on my blog, DIANA'S NOTEBOOK, www.dianaraab.wordpress.com.

Happy writing and traveling!

Congratulations, Jess!
You're incredibly lucky, and even luckier that you are able to recognize yourself as so.
I hope to find such a community myself one day!

Hi Jess,
I really enjoyed you're gig in Limerick last night. I know it was quiet, but Irish audiences are respectful of the music! I saw you before a few years ago when you supported Josh Ritter in Dublin, but I'd somehow managed to avoid seeing Erin till now. The side-by-side show worked really well, as you're quite different from each other, but it made for great variety. Thanks again, and hope to see you in Limerick again soon. Cillser
P.S What the hell's a Lime Reeky?!

Our mutual friend introduced me to you when you were playing at the Green Festival and later at Tin Pan Alley. Your show was great at both venues.....I was so glad to actually see you perform live. I have loved your music from the first time I heard....I am listening to Draw Them Near right now. Hope to see you perform again when you are in the area.
